If payment was made before appointment and 48 hour cancelation was given, a full refund will be provided. If you are not completely satisfied with your session, I will refund you 50% of your payment.

Scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. Unless we reach a different agreement, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification.

Late Arrival Policy

I can wait up to 10 minutes past your appointment, however, I may not be able to go over the 1 hour appointment block time which was scheduled for you. If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible, as we can discuss if it would be appropriate for you to still come in or if a rescheduling would be best.
